We value our own family time, so we understand just how important home is. Buying or selling can bring stress, uncertainty, and some short-term inconvenience — but on the other side is the place where everyday life happens.

Rooted in Family
Ellen-Nora's father, John A. Kerr, Sr., was the president of the Home Builders' Association in Charleston, SC, held his SC and NC Broker licenses, and was an extraordinary home builder in both states. He was also a youth minister with the biggest servant heart for everyone he met.
After he passed away in 2022, Ellen-Nora, her mother, and her sister started seeing dragonflies everywhere. The dragonfly in our logo honors him — and the goal is to run this firm with his values at the core of every transaction.

A Triad local since 1975, Ellen-Nora hasn't forgotten what it was like to be a first-time homebuyer. She makes herself available to answer questions day or night — and many of her clients have become some of her dearest friends.
